Meta Muse Explained: Features and Availability in Poland
Meta's Muse can work across applications, prepare purchases and help run a business. Here is what has launched, what remains announced and what EU businesses can use today.
Syntalith
Muse is a personal AI agent from Meta, the company behind Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. It can use connected services and a browser, continue tasks in the background and return with results or requests for approval.
As of 1 October 2026, Muse is not yet available in Poland or elsewhere in the EU. Meta's latest announcement cited here names the US and Canada and gives no European launch date. This refers to the Muse agent; it does not describe the availability of every Meta AI feature in WhatsApp or Facebook. Meta: Muse for Small Business
Muse, Muse Spark and Facebook are different things
Muse is the agent application and service. Muse Spark is the model Meta says powers it. Facebook and Instagram can be connected sources and places where work happens. Having a Facebook account does not itself give you access to Muse.
Meta introduced the agent on 8 September 2026 and announced its small-business extension on 29 September. People can communicate through the app or WhatsApp. The agent has a cloud environment and can continue working after the app closes. Muse announcement
What can you ask it to do?
Meta describes travel research, shopping and negotiating on a user's behalf, with purchases requiring approval. These examples do not establish that every airline, Polish retailer or bank will let the agent complete a transaction.
For business use, the interesting capability is bringing several applications into one task. Muse for Small Business includes connectors for services such as Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, Canva and Slack, alongside Meta business accounts. Meta describes analysing sales and campaigns and preparing follow-up materials. Its announcement says publishing, sending and spending require the user's approval.
A connector supports particular operations. Its presence does not establish access to every field or feature in the connected product. Before buying, verify the operation you need: reading a report, preparing a draft and changing campaign settings are separate capabilities.
An example for a shop owner
Suppose a campaign produces more orders but leaves less profit. Here is an educational scenario we propose for that question.
The agent receives sales, advertising spend and product-cost data. It matches periods and products, highlights missing costs and prepares suggested changes. The output should expose the sources and assumptions behind the figures. The owner then decides what to change.
A useful brief might be:
Compare the last four complete weeks. Separate revenue, returns, product cost, delivery and advertising. Flag missing margin data. Prepare two campaign options with reasons. Leave budgets and published content unchanged until I approve a change.
This scope avoids treating revenue growth as proof of improved profitability. An agent can calculate from supplied records; access to an Instagram account does not fill gaps in the business's cost data.
Secure VM, Sentinel and the future Confidential VM
Meta describes Muse Secure VM as a separate cloud computer for each user. A Sentinel agent is intended to review outbound activity and request permission when needed. These architectural claims come from Meta. We have not independently audited the implementation.
Muse Confidential VM is a separate feature announced for later in 2026. Meta describes a future environment encrypted with a key held only by the user. That promise should not be attributed to the current Secure VM implementation.
For a buyer, the practical question is which protection applies to their account today and what happens to information sent through connectors. A dedicated machine does not remove the other parties in a transaction: the shop, email service or advertising platform still processes information. Company use requires reviewing the actual service terms and data flow.
Options for a business in Poland today
There is no European Muse launch date in the announcements reviewed here. A delivery plan should not depend on an invented date.
Hermes and OpenClaw can be installed to build agents working with files, applications and browsers. A similar goal does not give them the same connectors or protections as Muse. Each integration needs configuration, validation and maintenance. See the four-way comparison and practical delegation examples.
OpenAI dots have separate eligibility rules: Pro access excludes Poland, while Business Premium includes supported ChatGPT regions. Our dots guide explains the difference.
Cost and implementation with Syntalith
Meta describes free usage and paid subscription options. This is not a Polish price offer: the service has not launched here, and we are not publishing an unverified European tariff.
Syntalith can build a personal operator using Hermes or OpenClaw on your computer or server. A personal AI agent starts at €600 excluding VAT. Integrations, data and control requirements determine the final scope. Model usage, infrastructure and maintenance are separate operating costs.
Bring one process to a free scan, such as preparing a shop performance review and proposed campaign changes. We can identify the required sources, permitted actions and how to measure whether manual work has decreased. Private infrastructure is an option when it helps meet those requirements.
Free process scan
Start with a free process scan.
- A 30-minute call with the engineer who would lead the work.
- A review of the processes that cost you the most time and money.
- A written summary: a possible direction, missing information and the next step.
The scan chooses one process to assess, and within 2 business days you receive a recommendation, including when a simpler route is the better fit.
