Syntalith vs AI Hero vs Neoteric: AI implementation offers
Syntalith, AI Hero and Neoteric describe AI implementation services. This comparison covers their public offers and questions to ask when discussing the same project. It is written by Syntalith.
Syntalith
Syntalith, AI Hero and Neoteric offer AI implementation work. When choosing between them, ask each company to quote the same workflow, integrations and responsibilities after launch. A public service page helps prepare that conversation; a project proposal defines the actual terms.
Syntalith wrote this article and is one of the companies compared. We reviewed the service pages on 1 October 2026. We selected AI Hero for its adoption and development offer, and Neoteric as an additional reference for software development. This is an editorial selection. We did not investigate market share, service quality or clients' financial outcomes.
Services described by each company
| Company | Publicly described scope | Source |
|---|---|---|
| AI Hero | AI training and adoption in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. A separate development offer covers agents, automation and applications, from specification to deployment and team training. | Main offer and development |
| Neoteric | Generative AI software development. Its process includes consulting, validation, model and application development, integration and maintenance. | Generative AI development |
| Syntalith | AI agents, automation, applications, company system integrations and training. Delivery covers requirements and acceptance, with maintenance agreed separately. | Services and maintenance |
The offers overlap. The words "agent" and "implementation" alone do not establish how much of a project is included. Ask what the user receives and which tasks remain with your team.
Syntalith or AI Hero?
AI Hero describes helping teams use AI in their Microsoft or Google environment and also offers development. If you are considering AI Hero alongside Syntalith, ask both companies to separate training, tool configuration and integration development. One workflow description will help establish whether the proposals cover comparable work.
At Syntalith, a discussion can start with a specific process, such as drafting a quote from an email and saving it in a CRM. Our service page describes responsibility for development and acceptance. Apply the same requirements for access, testing and support to our proposal.
Syntalith or Neoteric?
Neoteric describes generative AI development, integration and maintenance. When comparing it with Syntalith, establish whether the quote covers the AI function alone or the application employees will use as well. Check user roles, data connections and integration error handling in both proposals.
If you have internal developers, request a handover option and an option with continuing supplier support. The guide to internal versus external AI delivery discusses that division of work. We do not assume that a project's size or price would be the same at both companies.
Comparing responses
Give every shortlisted company the same implementation brief. Ask for answers in the following format and assess Syntalith against the same requirements.
| Criterion | Information needed |
|---|---|
| Result | What the system does, where it does it and who accepts the result |
| Price | Build scope, exclusions, operating costs and how changes are charged |
| Evidence | A comparable project, the supplier's own contribution and the limits of verified results |
| Acceptance | Successful and failing cases, plus arrangements for retesting |
| Maintenance | Support hours, response time, updates and handover terms |
A detail missing from a service page is a question for the company. It does not establish a lack of capability. We do not score providers or name the cheapest: we have not obtained proposals for one common scope.
To assess a Syntalith proposal, review our projects and current pricing. Bring one workflow, the systems it uses and an example of an output you can evaluate. The AI supplier selection guide explains how to assess relevant experience and delivery responsibilities.
