When comparing Syntalith and Netguru for an AI project, establish whether you need a feature in an existing application or a complete product. That decision changes the required skills, integrations and acceptance scope. Syntalith wrote this comparison using public offers reviewed on 1 October 2026. We have not tested service quality or obtained quotes for a common scope.

What the companies describe

CompanyPublicly described scopeSource
NetguruGenerative AI applications, agents, custom models, integrations, MLOps and consultingAI development services
SyntalithAI applications for a defined workflow, document and data processing, integrations and tests using company examplesAI applications and services

The offers overlap. A service list does not identify the delivery team or establish how much interface work a quote includes. Ask who owns the data, application and launch work.

An AI feature and a complete application

Suppose a company wants answers from service documentation. The model's response is part of a larger task. An employee needs to sign in, use documents they are allowed to access and open the source of an answer. An administrator must be able to withdraw an outdated file.

Tell both suppliers which parts already exist. For an existing application, describe authentication and role management. For a new product, include user workflow design and administration. This avoids comparing the cost of an AI module with the cost of an entire application.

One task for both proposals

Ask each supplier to work through a question about a document restricted to one employee group. Define behavior when an answer is missing and when access to the source is withdrawn. Both proposals should cover the same outcome in this example.

ElementWhat the proposal should clarify
ApplicationScreens, roles, authentication and error handling
DataImport, updates, deletion and access controls
AI responseSources, behavior when information is missing and user review
LaunchEnvironment, accounts, observation and handover
Further developmentOwnership of releases and how changes are priced

Compare schedules after confirming they cover the same elements. Use the AI implementation brief to gather requirements and the acceptance record to document the test result.

Discussing the work with Syntalith

Our application offer covers tools for a defined workflow, such as document search, data extraction or case classification. Integration scope and output quality are assessed using agreed examples. Bring the user roles, input data and a description of whether you need a complete application.

If internal IT will maintain the product, define the division of work with the supplier. For an experimental component, consider defining a paid pilot first. Request the same commitments from every company under consideration.
