A build usually takes 4–10 weeks. Price follows the number of sources, events, roles, agents and actions included in the workflow. After reviewing the requirements, you receive a fixed quote before signing a contract.

Is maintenance cost, including AI models, predictable?

The cost depends on case volume, models and infrastructure. We estimate it after reviewing the workflow and running trials. Before signing, we agree on billing, usage monitoring and any limits.

Starting prices are not project quotes. Check the current service page and retain currency, unit, net/VAT status and scope qualifications. Older search results may describe a previous offer.

- Summary: A process map, architecture, plan, and fixed quote, followed by a documented recommendation on whether to build. If you commission the system build from us, we credit the audit fee toward the build.

- Summary: Processes that run themselves: inbox, documents, CRM, reports, and system-to-system integrations.

## Three things set the quote.
- Data sources and integrations: The number of systems to connect: inbox, CRM, ERP and documents. Every integration needs development, testing and maintenance.
- Autonomy and risk: The more the system decides on its own and the more its mistake costs, the more work goes into boundaries, escalation to a human, and tests on your data.
- Audit and compliance: A trace of every decision, human sign-off on production effects, and mapping to AI Act requirements are in scope from day one.

## Result guarantee
One measurable target, written down before the build. Before the build, we agree one measurable target and put it in the contract. A pilot on your data usually takes 3–6 weeks. If it misses the target, we complete the contractually agreed fixes within the pilot's fixed price before the full build proceeds. The guarantee applies to automations, apps, and agents. It requires access to representative data, enough volume to measure, and an unchanged scope. Training is excluded.

## FAQ
### How does payment for a build work?
Builds are usually split in half: 50% on signing the scope, 50% on delivery. The audit is paid once, up front; maintenance is billed monthly. We start work after a signed scope and the first payment has cleared.

### What does the starting price include, and can it change after signing?
The starting price covers the simplest process based on fixed rules. After reviewing the requirements, you receive a fixed quote valid for 30 days. You sign the scope and price before we start. If you later change the scope, we provide a new quote for approval before doing that work.

### Is maintenance cost, including AI models, predictable?
The cost depends on case volume, models and infrastructure. We estimate it after reviewing the workflow and running trials. Before signing, we agree on billing, usage monitoring and any limits.

### What if we want to leave or switch vendors?
At handover, you own the code, prompts, evaluation data and documentation. You can run the system yourself or with another team. You can also take the audit to another supplier before commissioning a build.

### Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page are net: the invoice adds 23% VAT (reverse charge applies for EU companies outside Poland with a VAT-EU number).

### Does the process scan commit us to anything?
A 30-minute conversation and a written summary within 2 business days. It ends with a recommendation; when automation is not justified, we put that in the document.

### Does the audit fee count toward the build?
Yes, if you commission the system build from us. We then credit the audit fee toward the build. The document remains portable, and you can still hand it to another vendor.

### How much does the audit cost?
The audit starts at €600 net (approx. $650). If you commission the system build from us, we credit its fee toward the build. The other entry prices are listed on this page.

### What about scope beyond €17,500 (approx. $19,000)?
Enterprise builds (several connected systems, regulated environments, budgets of €23,500–60,000 (approx. $25,500–65,000), RFP processes) are priced individually. A call confirms whether the work fits our team.

### How should we compare two example implementation budgets?
For a predictable workflow such as copying approved data into a CRM, the starting offer is an automation from €1,750 net. A document-work application or an agent selecting process steps starts from €3,000. These illustrate scope and entry prices, without quoting a specific project. Add source preparation, integrations, evaluation, model use, hosting, maintenance and review time. More departments or requirements may need an individual enterprise quote.
