Is the setup fee one-time?
Yes. Chatbot and voicebot: setup + fixed monthly fee (hosting, AI, monitoring, support). AI agents, web dev and OpenClaw: one-time setup, no monthly fees - the agent runs on your infrastructure. No hidden costs.
What if I want to start with an audit?
The AI Audit (from €699 net) gives you a complete implementation plan: process map, ROI projection and quote. It is a standalone service - independent of the decision to proceed with implementation.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Chatbot/voicebot: monthly fee covers hosting, AI tokens, monitoring, updates and support. AI agents/web dev: one-time setup, then you only pay for AI tokens directly to the provider (typically €12-70/month). Optional support package available separately.
What is the minimum contract period?
LITE: no minimum (30-day notice). GROWTH: 3 months minimum. ENTERPRISE: 6 months minimum.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrading is possible at any time. Downgrading - after the current billing period ends.
What is the typical ROI?

Is data safe? GDPR?
Yes. Hosting exclusively in the EU (Hetzner, Frankfurt/Warsaw). Data never leaves the EU and is not used to train AI models. We sign a DPA before project start.
What does post-deployment support include?
Chatbot/voicebot: monthly fee includes 24/7 monitoring, alerts, security updates, support (email/Slack), minor changes (1-2/month in LITE). AI agents/web dev: 30-60 days of support included in setup price. After that - optional support package or you take over maintenance (full documentation provided).
