Implementation specification
A clear decision on whether to build and at what price: process map, architecture, plan, and a fixed quote. The price is fixed, so we have no incentive to recommend a build you do not need.

What moves the price
Three things set the quote.
- Data sources and integrations
- How many systems have to agree with each other: inbox, CRM, ERP, documents. Every integration has to be built, tested, and maintained.
- Autonomy and risk
- The more the system decides on its own and the more its mistake costs, the more work goes into boundaries, escalation to a human, and tests on real data.
- Audit and compliance
- A trace of every decision, human sign-off on production effects, and mapping to AI Act requirements are in scope from day one.
You're not buying a number of agents or a technology. You're buying an outcome: a process that runs itself, or a tool your team operates. We pick the form after the scan; the price follows the work the system does: data sources, integrations, autonomy, risk, audit.
Result guarantee
One measurable target, written down before the build.
A pilot on your real data (usually 2–8 weeks, depending on scope) has to hit the target before we move to the full build: you see the result on your own data before we go further. We set that one measurable target together and write it into the contract before we build anything. If the pilot misses the target, we fix it within the fixed price, you don't pay for extra time.

Payment and scope
Questions before you buy.
How does payment for a build work?
Builds are usually split in half: 50% on signing the scope, 50% on delivery. The implementation specification is paid once, up front; maintenance is billed monthly. We start work after a signed scope and the first payment has cleared. Is “from €3 500” a real price, or does it grow after I sign?
“From” is the floor for the simplest, rule-driven process, not a hook. You get a fixed quote for your process in the proposal after the scan, valid for 30 days, and you sign scope and price together before we start. The price doesn't move mid-build unless you change the scope, and then we show the new quote for sign-off first. Is maintenance cost, including AI models, predictable?
Yes. On top of our fixed monthly fee the system uses AI models; we meter that cost per case and show it in the report, and on request we set a monthly limit. We cut it by picking the model per task and with hard filters that keep the model away from cases it doesn't need to touch. What it comes to for you, we estimate on real volume at the scan. What if we want to leave or switch vendors?
At handover the code, prompts, eval data and documentation pass to you: the system is yours, you don't rent it from us, so you can run it yourself or with any team. The implementation specification is a portable document for any vendor, so nothing locks you to us even at the start.Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page are net: the invoice adds 23% VAT (reverse charge applies for EU companies outside Poland with a VAT-EU number).Does the process scan commit us to anything?
No. It's a 30-minute conversation and a written summary within 2 business days: no contract and no sales deck. If automation doesn't make sense, we'll write that plainly. That's a result too.Does the specification fee count toward the build?
No. You pay for the analysis: a process map, architecture, plan, and a fixed quote. You can hand the document to any vendor (including one that isn't us), which is why its price isn't credited toward the build. How long does the €1 200 specification price hold?
Through the end of July 2026. From August, the implementation specification costs €1 500. The other entry prices have no announced change date. What about scope beyond €35 000?
Enterprise builds (several connected systems, regulated environments, budgets of €47 000–120 000, RFP processes) are priced individually. Book a call: we'll say plainly whether it's a fit for us.
