Data & compliance

The scan works from a description of the process, not a data export. We run the analysis and builds in an agreed environment, with a human on decisions that have production impact, and with structural support for logging, oversight and monitoring as good practice, and where a system qualifies as high-risk, for the EU AI Act operator duties. Where data access is needed, we sign an NDA and a data-processing agreement first.
