You start from a process that's costing you money, not from choosing a technology.

You bring a process: an inbox, invoices, CRM records, a report assembled by hand. On the free process scan we name the form: an automation, an LLM app, or an agent. You leave with an entry price and a typical delivery window. Below: systems already running in production for clients.

Lead intelligence with its own CRM: a system that finds and scores listings itself

The system watches four listing portals, keeps offer history in a CRM and hands the operator a short decision queue instead of a raw stream of listings.

Private-company screening

Hard rules screen companies out before the model runs. The agent researches the ones that pass through tools (registry, financial, web, context), scores them against an 11-question diligence frame, and hands the analyst a sourced dossier and a memo draft. The decision stays with the analyst.

Participant testimonial

I came in using coding agents ad hoc and left orchestrating them: loops, an agent kanban, a full development cycle that ships. What stayed with me is running context and cost on purpose, and building my own harnesses instead of waiting for a tool to ship one. It changed how I work day to day.

The engineers who sign the work

  • Artem Lisovtsov

    Founder · Full-Stack & AI/ML Architect

Built FinTech and MediaTech systems serving hundreds of thousands of daily users, for a forex broker and a European TV station. AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty certification.

  • Serhii Ivanchatenko

Head of Backend & AI Integrations

Backend, PLM and CRM architecture for large European companies. .NET.

  • Nazar Kravtsov

    Head of AI Agentic Transformation

10+ years of production backend, AI/LLM and trading infrastructure, from RAG assistants to low-latency terminals. Computer Science, University of Nottingham.

  • Kyrylo Nehaturov

    AI agent developer

Multi-tool orchestration, durable memory and human-in-the-loop workflows.

We also run our own products in production: odbierze.ai (voicebots) and sprzeda.ai (e-commerce chat). We maintain what we build, for ourselves too.

Where you start

One implementation, in the form the work needs.

You start from the work, not the technology

Work off your team's plate

The process runs itself: from rules that simply work, to an agent that runs the routine inside your boundaries.

  • The same emails and tickets come back every day
  • Data rekeyed by hand between systems
  • A report someone assembles by hand every week
  • A decision routine run step by step

A tool for your team

An app with an LLM that your team operates, when off-the-shelf SaaS does not fit or the data can't leave the company.

  • The team spends hours searching for knowledge in documents
  • Data has to be pulled by hand from PDFs and scans
  • There is no internal panel over your own data

You don't need to know whether it's an automation, an app, or an agent. You bring the process; after the scan we name the form plainly and justify the choice.

How we pick the form

We start from the simplest safe pattern that does the job: a script, an automation, an app, an agent only where the process truly needs one. If something simpler is enough, that's the recommendation you get in writing. You pay for the outcome, not the label.

This pattern runs in production today: an automation sorts a shared inbox of about 3,000 emails a month.

Three forms, one first step, prices up front

  1. First step

    Scan & Specification

A free process scan, then an implementation specification: a fixed quote and a clear decision on whether to build, what, and at what price.

The safest first step when you don't yet know what to automate first.

    €0 / €1 200

    30 min / 5 days

  2. Work off your team's plate

    AI Automations

Processes that run themselves: inbox, documents, CRM, reports and system-to-system integrations.

When one process eats your team's hours every week and is still done entirely by hand.

    from €3 500

    2–6 weeks

  3. Work off your team's plate

    AI Agents

The system runs the routine within set boundaries: it gathers, scores, drafts and queues decisions for approval, escalating exceptions.

When someone runs a decision routine by hand, step by step, and you want to keep human approval and a trace.

    from €6 000

    6–16 weeks

    See details
  4. A tool for your team

    AI Apps

A tool with an LLM that your team operates: document search, extraction, a copilot, an internal panel.

For when a human should stay in the loop, and off-the-shelf SaaS doesn't fit or the data can't leave the company.

    from €6 000

    4–10 weeks

    See details
  5. Before you build

    AI Training (Claude)

Closed corporate trainings on Claude and working with AI, taught by the engineers who deploy it.

For teams that should be using AI in daily work before you buy the first build.

    from €1 200/day

    1–2 days

After deployment

The system should work for years, not just until the project ends.

Maintenance

Maintenance

priced individually

We run the agent you own: hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes, plus oversight, reports and system growth.

Implementation specification: €1 200 through July 2026, €1 500 from August, paid for the analysis, not credited toward the build. Prices net (excl. VAT).

Free process scan

Start with the scan. Add the specification only if it makes sense.

30 minutes with the engineer who would build it, not a salesperson. You leave with a written plan: what to automate, in what order, and at what cost.

Step 1

Process scan

€0

30 minutes with an engineer and a written summary within 2 business days.

then, if it makes sense
Step 2 · optional

Implementation spec

€1 200

A fixed quote and a document for the board or a contractor: whether to build, what, and at what price.

No sales deck and no obligations. If automation doesn't make sense, we'll write that too.

How an engagement runs

From scan to a system in production.

One door: the free process scan. From there you pick the pace, a fast proposal or a written specification for your team.

  1. 01

    Process scan

    30 min · €0

A call with an engineer about the process that costs you most. Your written takeaway lands within 2 business days.

  2. 02

    Proposal or Specification

    within 5 business days
    Path A · fast

A free proposal with a fixed quote, valid for 30 days.

    Path B · analytical

An implementation specification for €1 200: process map, architecture, plan and a fixed quote, with a clear decision: build or not.

  3. 03

    Contract

    before the build

A signed scope starts the work. Code, prompts and eval data belong to you.

  4. 04

    Build and maintenance

    2–16 weeks · then ongoing

We build inside the signed scope and ship the system to production. From there, maintenance takes over, priced individually.

Scope and price are locked in the proposal. Before the build we write down one measurable target; the pilot on real data has to hit it before you decide on the full rollout. The specification is paid for the analysis and is not credited toward the build.

Questions before you buy

Common questions.

  • How much does an AI implementation cost?

  • How long does it take?

  • What if something simpler than AI is enough?

  • What if the pilot misses the target?

  • What about our data and GDPR?

  • Do you build voicebots or chat widgets?

Already have a process in mind? These 30 minutes turn it into a plan: the form, the entry price and the order, in writing.

  • 30 minutes with the engineer who would build it, not a salesperson.
  • A review of the processes that cost you the most time and money.
  • A written summary: what to automate, in what order, with cost ranges.
