„Is my data safe?”

Yes. You choose where they go: from your company account to the model on your server.

  1. 00Employee's private account

    Customer and company data ends up in an account that the company cannot see or control. There is no data processing agreement, so it is a violation of the GDPR. When an employee leaves, the chat history goes with them.

  2. 01ChatGPT or Claude corporate account

    The provider does not use your data to train models. A copy of the queries remains in his logs for up to 30 days.

  3. 02API with zero retention (ZDR)

    The provider processes the request and does not save anything. It requires his consent, we prepare the application together.

  4. 03Processing in the EU

    Queries are counted and stored in Europe: OpenAI in the EU region, Claude via clouds with the EU region.

  5. 04Model at your place

    The open model runs on your server or in your cloud in the EU. The data does not go outside the company.

  • Confidentiality agreement and data processing agreement before we receive any data.

  • How much does ChatGPT cost for a company?

    ChatGPT Business costs 25 USD per space monthly or 20 USD monthly with annual billing, with at least two paid spaces. For 10 people, it's 250 USD monthly or 2,400 USD annually. Deployment with Syntalith costs from €1,150 net for a team of up to 10 people, paid once. Licenses are purchased directly from OpenAI.

  • From where does the ChatGPT deployment start?

    From a free analysis: 30 minutes of conversation with an engineer, for 0 PLN. We determine how many people and which tasks the deployment will cover. Within 2 working days, you receive a written plan and a fixed deployment cost.

  • Is Syntalith an OpenAI partner?

    Syntalith has the status of an OpenAI Select Partner in the OpenAI Partner Network. We deploy ChatGPT for teams and build systems on the OpenAI API.

  • Does ChatGPT have a company account?

    Yes. ChatGPT Business is a company space with user management and shared billing. It was previously called ChatGPT Team. Enterprise extends administrative capabilities and deployment conditions.

  • Is ChatGPT GDPR compliant?

    ChatGPT can be used in a company in compliance with GDPR with a business plan, defined data scope, named accounts, and control of connected applications. Compliance is assessed for specific data processing, together with the data protection officer.

  • What are the limits of ChatGPT Business?

    Limits depend on the type of space. Business Premium, at 125 USD monthly or 100 USD with annual billing, provides greater usage than Standard. Additional credits may raise the bill beyond the subscription, and API is billed separately. At the start, we measure who the limit interrupts work for before the company buys more expensive spaces for everyone.

  • Will we buy ChatGPT licenses through Syntalith?

    Licenses are purchased on the company's account directly from OpenAI. We help choose the plan and the number of spaces, and in our offer, we separate our work from the provider's fees.
