Common questions
Is an AI Act audit mandatory?
The regulations do not name such an audit as an obligation. Art. 4 AI Act requires actions supporting AI team competencies, and RODO requires that the administrator be able to demonstrate compliance with data processing (art. 5 para. 2). The audit collects evidence for both requirements in one place.
Who controls the AI Act in Poland?
The AI Development and Safety Commission, the supervisory body under the AI Systems Act (Dz.U. 2026 poz. 1003). The provisions on controls and penalties apply from October 28, 2026. RODO is supervised by the President of UODO.
Which tools do we check?
Those used by your team: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, and others, including on employees' personal accounts.
How long does the audit take?
The audit takes 5 working days from receiving access and the list of tools. The deadline is set in the offer if there are many departments and tools.
