What company processes are worth automating with AI?
Short answer
It's best to start with work that comes back often and has clear rules: replies to messages, cost invoices, orders from e-mails or reports. An example from our scenario: manual handling of 1,000 messages costs PLN 3,322 per month, and PLN 541 with the system. Automation costs from €3,000 net, and process analysis costs €0.

- 02
It has rules that can be written down
An experienced employee can tell when an order is complete and when an invoice requires clarification.

Questions about the applications of AI
Which process should you start with to automate your company?
One that repeats itself every week, has rules that can be written down, and takes someone several hours to complete. Most often, it is mail, orders, cost invoices or offers. You can calculate the cost of manual work in the automation calculator, and we will discuss the process selection during a free, 30-minute analysis. How much does it cost to automate one process?
AI automations start from €3,000 net and usually last 2-6 weeks. An AI agent or AI application starts from €3,000 net. We provide a fixed price for a specific project in the contract, after analyzing the process.Do these pages describe customer implementations?
Process pages are scenarios. They describe the scope we are preparing and the system on which we base it. Customer implementations with results, for example for foap.com and jaktako.design, are described separately in the Implementations tab.Do we need to change the tools we use?
Usually not. We connect to the tools you already use through an API, file imports and exports, or your inbox. We check the connection during the review, before quoting.
