Training for accounting
AI training in accounting and accounting offices
We will prepare training in ChatGPT or Claude for the team of your accounting office. The proposed program includes working with client documents, comparing information and preparing correspondence, with source control and rules for using data. This is training in the use of AI in office work; accounting and tax decisions remain with authorized persons.

How much does AI training for an accounting office cost and when does it pay off?
Short answer
AI training for an accounting office costs from €1,150 net per day. In our Polish cost example, a PLN 4,900 training fee pays back in 2.6 months: 10 people save an hour a week, and after the licenses they have PLN 1,905 left per month. The team practices comparing client documents, deficiency lists and correspondence, with source control. We measure task time before the training and after 30 days.
48,7%
According to the report by wFirma and SKwP (2026), 48.7% of offices devote at least 2 additional hours a week to tasks related to KSeF.

70,9%
According to Eurostat (2025), 70.9% of companies in the EU that have considered AI but are not using it cited a lack of knowledge within the team as the reason.
62%
According to ESET and DAGMA (2026), 62% of people working with computers use AI at work.

Scope step by step
Workshop may take place online or at your location. The price starts from €1,150 net per day, and the scope of preparation, number of groups, and full pricing are determined before booking.
The program covers the entire process of the task
An employee needs to know which materials to pass to the tool, how to describe the expected result, and how to check it. Simply generating a summary does not end the work. If it involves multiple clients or different periods, the author must be able to determine to which information each piece refers.
In the program, we can combine the following areas:
- Comparing invoices, orders, and other documents while maintaining references to sources.
- Preparing a list of missing information and questions to the client.
- Summarizing open cases before reviewing the period, with updates after receiving responses.
- Using approved office instructions and identifying situations that the instruction does not explain.
The selection of exercises depends on the roles of participants. People compiling documents work on describing gaps and correspondence. Accountants may focus on comparing materials and checking summaries. A manager needs to be able to assess whether the prepared summary allows them to review the cases without re-reading the entire correspondence.
One case, a new client response
In an example exercise, the client sends an invoice without information about which project the cost relates to. The participant prepares a short summary and a request for completion. Then they receive a response with a project description, but without confirmation of the responsible person on the client's side.
The case needs to be updated so that the new information is visible, and the unresolved question remains open. The participant checks the result against the information. The instructor discusses whether the summary maintains the correct context and whether the question relates to the information that is still missing.
This exercise is about working with information. During the setup, we also select other tasks to ensure the training scope matches the group's work. We do not assess the accounting skills of participants or teach tax resolution based on model responses.
Preparation without sending documents for the first conversation
At the beginning, it's enough to describe the task and the tools used in the office. We determine the number of participants, their experience with AI, and the periods they can allocate for the sessions. Long-term accounting experience does not mean familiarity with ChatGPT, so we check the level of tool handling separately.
We select training materials after agreeing on the rules. We can prepare fictional documents similar to those used in the office. When using real materials, we need to determine beforehand which data can appear in the selected environment and who will have access to it. Exercises maintain the separation of client cases.
In the offer, we describe the preparation of the instructor and required accounts. If the office is just starting to use a corporate ChatGPT or Claude, the environment configuration can be discussed during the training. The workshop price does not automatically include all administrative and integration tasks.
How to check what remains after the sessions
Before the training, we select the type of work by which the office will assess the program's usefulness. It can be a list of cases to clarify or a comparison of documents with source indications. Participants receive feedback on their own attempts and improve the prepared material.
The session cycle may include a self-directed task between meetings. This allows returning to difficulties that arose after the first workshop. The scope of such a review and subsequent support is determined in the offer.
General formats are described in team training offer.
Pricing of the program for the office
Training starts from €1,150 net per day. The price of the entire program depends on preparation, number of groups, number of sessions, and agreed support. License costs and potential travel are determined during pricing. Current pricing.
If the issue is manual transfer of the same data between programs, we can separately discuss automation. Training will be the appropriate scope when the team uses AI independently and needs the skills to evaluate its responses.
Describe the task on which the team will practice. We will propose a program and method of preparation before asking for materials for the sessions.
Program for different roles in accounting
A person preparing summaries practices comparing sources and describing differences. A manager works with shorter material: a summary of open cases, from which it is clear what requires their attention. A purchasing or warehouse employee may join the part about information passed between departments.
In the accounting office, examples include documents and responses from clients, and exercises maintain the separation of cases for individual clients. Accounting experience and AI familiarity are determined separately. A person with a long tenure may need an introduction to the tool, while a regular user will spend more time comparing versions and improving summaries.
How much does the training cost and when does it pay off
Training starts from €1,150 net per day. We calculate the return on one process, without assumptions about the entire company.
- Time saved
- 43,3 hours/month
- Value of time
- 2 877 PLN
- ChatGPT Business licenses
- 250 USD (972 PLN)
- Remaining after licenses
- 1 905 PLN/month
Return on training for 4 900 PLN
2.6 months
10 people × 1 hour weekly × 4.33 weeks = 43.3 hours. We cautiously assume an hour of savings per person weekly and verify it by measuring the time of tasks before and after 30 days. An hour of work at 66.45 PLN is the average wage according to GUS from September 2026, including employer costs. Licenses: ChatGPT Business Standard 25 USD per place monthly, exchange rate NBP 3.8889 PLN. If the team already has licenses, the return is faster.
According to a study published in Science (2023), the time for writing tasks with ChatGPT decreased by 40%. Therefore, the scenario adopts a cautious weekly hour and verifies it by measurement.

Yes. Sessions are conducted at the client's office in Warsaw or online, in a tool approved by the company.
„I already use AI.”
Your people too. Just no rules.
From our conversations with companies
5 na 10 employees paste sensitive data into private AI accounts: contracts, invoices, customer data.
In ESET survey (2026)
1 na 10 admits this in the survey.
Customer data pasted into a private AI account without an data processing agreement is a violation of the GDPR.
Don't worry, we won't tell anyone :)
What do we see in companies that "already use"
- Only ChatGPT or Claude accounts, without plugins, skills, integrations and MCP servers with company tools.
- Company programs are not connected to AI. People still click through systems and Excel, and enter chat data manually.
- Lack of company standards: everyone writes instructions in their own way, no one shares what works.
- No rules for personal data, GDPR and company secrets.
- No limits and no visibility: no one knows who uses AI, how much and for what.

„A large stream of documents passes my desk every week. I now review, draft and prepare them with Claude in a fraction of the time, and research that used to eat an afternoon takes minutes. It is wired into the services I already work in, so the documents reach me instead of me hunting for them.”
Hlib UtkinPublic administration„I came in using coding agents ad hoc and left orchestrating them: loops, an agent kanban, a full development cycle that ships. What stayed with me is running context and cost on purpose, and building my own harnesses instead of waiting for a tool to ship one. It changed how I work day to day.”
Ivan ChepurinSenior Software Engineer, Immutable„I run a design studio, not an engineering team, and I still left with something working. We built an agent loop that pulls in leads and keeps an eye on the competition, and I put my own site together with Claude. It was hands-on, on my real work, not a talk about AI.”

Let's talk
Just write, call or choose a date.
We work fast because we hate corporate cotton wool. We don't have salespeople or managers to keep an eye on managers. You talk immediately to engineers who then build your system. We respect each other's time and yours too.
We will accept 3 more companies by the end of the year.
