AI training program
Training: AI on company documents
Syntalith training teaches employees to ask questions about company documents and check whether the answer actually comes from the source. The price starts from €1,150 net per day. The proposed program includes the selection of materials, working with different versions of instructions and communicating detected errors to the content owner. It can be performed in the agreed tool, without building your own application.

How much does training in working with AI on company documents cost and when does it pay off?
Short answer
Training in working with AI on company documents costs from €1,150 net per day. In our Polish cost example, a PLN 4,900 training fee pays back in 2.6 months: 10 people save an hour a week, and after the licenses they have PLN 1,905 left per month. The team practices questions for company documents, source control and access rules. We measure task time before the training and after 30 days.
27%
According to ESET and DAGMA (2026), only 27% of companies have a written policy on the use of AI.

70,9%
According to Eurostat (2025), 70.9% of companies in the EU that have considered AI but are not using it cited a lack of knowledge within the team as the reason.

Scope step by step
For users and those responsible for knowledge
In the exercises, it is beneficial to combine individuals asking about procedures with the employees who maintain them. The user needs to evaluate the answer before performing the task. The document owner must recognize whether the error stems from outdated material, lack of information, or the tool's usage method. These roles work on a common example, yet they receive different tasks.
Before the session, we establish which documents are allowed to be used and who has access to them. For the exercises, you can prepare a fictional user guide. The company does not need to share its entire library or create a new administrative account just to determine the training program. Environment configuration and licenses are arranged separately.
The answer with a reference also needs to be checked
The first part concerns questions that can be resolved based on a single instruction. The participant defines the situation, asks for the correct step, and opens the indicated section. They check whether the source applies to the correct target group and whether it contains all the conditions listed in the answer. A reference to an existing file alone is not sufficient to accept the conclusion.
In the example task, the instruction provides a standard response time, but a separate point excludes cases requiring inspection. AI prepares a short answer for such a report. The participant must indicate whether the exception was considered and improve the message to the client without inventing a new deadline. The instructor discusses both the content of the question and the justification for the participant's decision.
Next, participants receive a question for which the materials do not provide an answer. They practice recognizing the lack of basis and directing the matter to the appropriate person. A good refusal is a correct result in this task. We do not evaluate work by the number of questions the tool answers smoothly.
When the document has been replaced
The second part of the program concerns the old and new versions of the same material. The person asking the question checks the date of validity and the scope of the change. The content owner prepares the information on which version should be withdrawn and where the references still point to it. If the company has not established the current version, we record this as a problem to be resolved by its owner.
We separately discuss access to sources. Participants describe what to report when the answer reveals material inaccessible to the inquirer. This exercise is about reaction and documenting the problem. Technical checks of permissions, revoking access, and memory of previous conversations require the involvement of an administrator and a set test environment.
Our example of company memory with permissions provides material for discussion about such boundaries. It uses synthetic data and has a description of the limitations of searching when questions are formulated in different words. It does not confirm the quality of the answer or control access in the participants' environment.
Feedback and independent task
After the first exercise, the instructor points out the statements without a basis, the omitted conditions, and the places where the participant accepted the source without opening it. The participant corrects the answer and writes a short justification. The next task uses a different document to check whether the participant can apply this method independently.
In the evaluation, we separate the tool's incorrect answer from the person's decision to use it. If AI provided an incorrect deadline, and the employee detected the omitted exception, they performed their part correctly. A list of noticed problems can serve to choose the materials requiring reorganization. The scope of such preparation and work between sessions is defined in the offer.
Training and assistant deployment
The program concerns working with answers and sources. Building connections with the library, user login, and automatic document updates belong to a separate assistant deployment for company knowledge. If the goal is to launch a team tool and its configuration, the starting point is ChatGPT deployment in the company.
On a discussion about the program, prepare a few recurring questions in the team and a description of the documents from which employees currently benefit. We will assign participants' roles, pace, and number of sessions. The daily rate does not automatically include licenses, integrations, or technical audit of permissions.
How much does the training cost and when does it pay off
Training starts at €1,150 net per day. We calculate the return on one process, without assumptions about the entire company.
- Time saved
- 43.3 hours/month
- Value of time
- 2,877 PLN
- ChatGPT Business Licenses
- 250 USD (972 PLN)
- Remaining after licenses
- 1,905 PLN/month
Return on training for 4,900 PLN
2.6 months
10 people × 1 hour weekly × 4.33 weeks = 43.3 hours. We cautiously assume an hour of savings per person weekly and verify it by measuring the time of tasks before and after 30 days. An hour of work at 66.45 PLN is the average wage according to GUS from September 2026, including employer costs. Licenses: ChatGPT Business Standard 25 USD per place monthly, NBP exchange rate 3.8889 PLN. If the team already has licenses, the return is faster.
According to a study published in Science (2023), the time for writing tasks with ChatGPT decreased by 40%. Therefore, the scenario adopts a cautious weekly hour and verifies it through measurement.
„I already use AI.”
Your people too. Just no rules.
From our conversations with companies
5 na 10 employees paste sensitive data into private AI accounts: contracts, invoices, customer data.
In ESET survey (2026)
1 na 10 admits this in the survey.
Customer data pasted into a private AI account without an data processing agreement is a violation of the GDPR.
Don't worry, we won't tell anyone :)
What do we see in companies that "already use"
- Only ChatGPT or Claude accounts, without plugins, skills, integrations and MCP servers with company tools.
- Company programs are not connected to AI. People still click through systems and Excel, and enter chat data manually.
- Lack of company standards: everyone writes instructions in their own way, no one shares what works.
- No rules for personal data, GDPR and company secrets.
- No limits and no visibility: no one knows who uses AI, how much and for what.
62% Polish employees use AI at work · 27% companies have written rules for working with AI.

„A large stream of documents passes my desk every week. I now review, draft and prepare them with Claude in a fraction of the time, and research that used to eat an afternoon takes minutes. It is wired into the services I already work in, so the documents reach me instead of me hunting for them.”
Hlib UtkinPublic administration„I came in using coding agents ad hoc and left orchestrating them: loops, an agent kanban, a full development cycle that ships. What stayed with me is running context and cost on purpose, and building my own harnesses instead of waiting for a tool to ship one. It changed how I work day to day.”
Ivan ChepurinSenior Software Engineer, Immutable„I run a design studio, not an engineering team, and I still left with something working. We built an agent loop that pulls in leads and keeps an eye on the competition, and I put my own site together with Claude. It was hands-on, on my real work, not a talk about AI.”

Let's talk
Just write, call or choose a date.
We work fast because we hate corporate cotton wool. We don't have salespeople or managers to keep an eye on managers. You talk immediately to engineers who then build your system. We respect each other's time and yours too.
We will accept 3 more companies by the end of the year.
