Training for the team

AI training for managers and the board

The workshop helps managers evaluate the AI proposal and prepare a first-trial decision. We work on the scope of the task, the company's responsibilities and the acceptance criteria. The price starts from €1,150 net per day. We tailor the program and full quote to the initiative, participating roles and time needed to work on your own assessments.

How much does AI training for managers and boards cost and when does it pay off?

Short answer

AI training for managers and management boards costs from €1,150 net per day. In our Polish cost example, a PLN 4,900 training fee pays back in 2.6 months: 10 people save an hour a week, and after the licenses they have PLN 1,905 left per month. Managers practice preparing decisions, summarizing reports, and assessing model responses. We measure task time before the training and after 30 days.

27%

According to ESET and DAGMA (2026), only 27% of companies have a written policy on the use of AI.

Scope step by step

What the management team works on

Before the sessions, we select an initiative that the company is genuinely considering. It could involve purchasing a tool for the team or automating a specific task. Managers learn how to describe the change in work so that it can be compared with the current system configuration and process improvement.

Next, they read the provider's proposal along with the obligations of their own team. Who will provide the data? Who will verify the results? What happens with the issue that the tool does not support? From the answers, a working scope of the trial and questions for making a decision emerge.

The demo omits the time verification

In a hypothetical example, the model creates a report in a few minutes, but the analyst must re-verify the numbers and improve the comment. The participant defines how to compare the entire task with the previous work, taking into account control. Individually, they record what the company will do with the potentially freed time; they do not automatically treat it as a reduction in costs.

The facilitator points out assumptions without a basis and questions that prevent the evaluation of the project. The author improves the justification. In a self-contained trial, the availability of data changes, so the scope must be reconsidered again. The participant justifies the decision even when recommending the end of the trial.

Different roles in one decision

The board sets priorities and budget, the manager has knowledge of the work, and IT or procurement handle access conditions and maintenance. Their involvement may concern selected parts of the sessions. Those starting with AI get time for their own trial preparation and checking the sketch. Regular users may work on a more complex proposal.

The workshop also includes discussing the result of the trial: continuation, change in scope, or ending the project. The company indicates the person responsible for the further evaluation. The training does not replace a technical, legal, or purchasing audit.

Organization and outcome of the work

We agree on the materials allowed to the tool; it may be a fictional offer from the provider. There is no need to share the confidential budget for the first meeting. Licenses are purchased by the client, configuration of the environment and subsequent consultations require separate agreement.

In the offer, we record the number of groups, the involvement of individual roles, and the way of discussing the work. The daily rate does not mean an arbitrary number of sessions. After the workshop, the participant should be able to present the purpose of the trial, costs, and missing evidence by a person who did not watch the provider's presentation. We evaluate the prepared justification; we do not promise the profitability of the future implementation.

Ask about a program for the management team, describing one decision that got stuck. If the task is regular preparation of materials for meetings, see the separate scope AI for managers and the board.

From AI demo to decision on the trial

The AI demo convinces the board, but after the meeting, it is still unclear who will prepare the data, verify the results, and assess whether the solution is suitable for daily work. The program leads from the provider's proposal to a clearly defined trial.

We determine which work the company wants to change, how much work remains after generating the response, and how the team will know that the trial was successful. Participants make a joint decision, but each leaves with a different task: the process owner, the data person, and the budget approver.

How much does the training cost and when does it pay off

The training starts at €1,150 net per day. We calculate the return on one process, without assumptions about the entire company.

Scenario: 10 people after training (Polish cost example, PLN)
Time savings
43.3 hours/month
Value of time
2,877 PLN
ChatGPT Business licenses
250 USD (972 PLN)
Remaining after licenses
1,905 PLN/month

Return on training for 4,900 PLN

2.6 months

10 people × 1 hour weekly × 4.33 weeks = 43.3 hours. We cautiously assume one hour of savings per person weekly and verify it by measuring the time of tasks before and after 30 days. An hour of work at 66.45 PLN is the average wage according to GUS from September 2026, including employer costs. Licenses: ChatGPT Business Standard 25 USD per place monthly, kurs NBP 3.8889 PLN. If the team already has licenses, the return is faster.

According to a study published in Science (2023), the time for writing tasks with ChatGPT decreased by 40%. Therefore, the scenario adopts a cautious weekly hour and verifies it by measurement.

Most common questions

How much does the AI training for managers and the board cost?

From €1,150 net per day of sessions. The price of the program depends on the number of groups, the number of meetings, and the time for discussing the work. Tool licenses are purchased by the company.

Does the training include obligations under the AI Act?

We discuss the company's obligations when choosing and using AI tools. Dates of the regulations and the template of the document are collected on the page about AI policy in the company.

Can the training take place online?

Yes. We conduct sessions in the client's office in Warsaw or online, in a tool approved by the company.

„I already use AI.”

Your people too. Just no rules.

From our conversations with companies

5 na 10 employees paste sensitive data into private AI accounts: contracts, invoices, customer data.

In ESET survey (2026)

1 na 10 admits this in the survey.

Customer data pasted into a private AI account without an data processing agreement is a violation of the GDPR.

Don't worry, we won't tell anyone :)

What do we see in companies that "already use"

  • Only ChatGPT or Claude accounts, without plugins, skills, integrations and MCP servers with company tools.
  • Company programs are not connected to AI. People still click through systems and Excel, and enter chat data manually.
  • Lack of company standards: everyone writes instructions in their own way, no one shares what works.
  • No rules for personal data, GDPR and company secrets.
  • No limits and no visibility: no one knows who uses AI, how much and for what.

  • „A large stream of documents passes my desk every week. I now review, draft and prepare them with Claude in a fraction of the time, and research that used to eat an afternoon takes minutes. • „I came in using coding agents ad hoc and left orchestrating them: loops, an agent kanban, a full development cycle that ships. What stayed with me is running context and cost on purpose, and building my own harnesses instead of waiting for a tool to ship one. It changed how I work day to day.”

Let's talk

Just write, call or choose a date.

We work fast because we hate corporate cotton wool. We don't have salespeople or managers to keep an eye on managers. You talk immediately to engineers who then build your system. We respect each other's time and yours too.

We will accept 3 more companies by the end of the year.
