Training for the team
AI training in HR and payroll
AI training for HR and payroll at Syntalith includes preparing questions about missing data, describing corrections and writing messages for employees. The price starts from €1,150 net per day. We are working on texts accompanying the settlement. Calculation of remuneration, qualification of absences and interpretation of regulations remain outside this program.

Statistics
How much does AI training for the HR and payroll department cost and when does it pay off?
Short answer
AI training for the HR and payroll department costs from €1,150 net per day. In our Polish cost example, a PLN 4,900 training fee pays back in 2.6 months: 10 people save an hour a week, and after the licenses they have PLN 1,905 left per month. The team practices answering employees' questions and preparing data, including the rules of working with personal data. We measure task time before the training and after 30 days.
10%
According to ESET and DAGMA (2026), 10% of employees admit to pasting sensitive company data into open AI models.

70,9%

Scope step by step
Your question should point to a specific missing element
Participants compare a fictional summary with the manager's message and describe what is missing for the change to be understood. They prepare a short request with AI and then check whether the tool did not add a date or number of hours.
An example message says "the correction concerns last Friday." It does not indicate the period of the summary. The sketch selects a date from the calendar. The instructor asks the author to show the source of this date. The participant replaces the assumption with a question and improves the instruction for the model so that subsequent missing elements remain visible.
In the next part, the manager's response appears. The participant updates the note, separating the information received from the information confirmed. The person taking over the matter should know which version is waiting for verification. The company sets the approval rules.
A message to an employee requires a different scope
The program may include an explanation of the company's instruction regarding the transfer of documents. The author prepares a message for the employee, keeping the specified deadlines and exceptions. They remove repeated fragments and information that the recipient does not need to perform the task.
A pair exercise allows checking whether the employee can indicate the next step. The instructor discusses a sentence that expanded the obligation or omitted an exception. The participant improves their own text and points out which part of the instruction leads to the change.
The independent attempt includes a modified instruction for another group of employees. The evaluation is based on the scope and source, as well as whether the message does not transfer conditions from the previous exercise. Preparation and transfer of data is also described in the AI guide for HR.
Team, materials and experience
An HR employee may know the process very well and only be getting to know AI. For such a person, we expect shorter texts and time to handle the tool. An advanced user may work with subsequent corrections and multiple responses. The department manager helps to establish the note format and the boundaries of information shared with recipients.
The sessions can be based on fictional data. Real employee documents require a prior company decision on allowed processing and environment. The program does not require sending payslips or health information. Integration with the HR system is a separate project.
What does the evaluation include?
We agree on modules, number of groups, time for individual work and discussion of corrections. The training can take place online or at the company's premises. Access to participants and licenses are determined before the sessions; Syntalith does not sell licenses. Additional evaluation of work after the practice period is recorded separately.
This is a proposal for the program, without legal declaration of the correctness of calculations or results of participants. Describe correspondence that often comes back for completion. We will adjust the scope within the team training.
How much does the training cost and when is it recouped
The training starts from €1,150 netto per day. We calculate the return on one process, without assumptions about the entire company.
- Time saved
- 43,3 hours/month
- Value of time
- 2 877 PLN
- ChatGPT Business Licenses
- 250 USD (972 PLN)
- Remaining after licenses
- 1 905 PLN/month
Return on training for 4 900 PLN
2.6 months
10 people × 1 hour weekly × 4.33 weeks = 43.3 hours. We cautiously assume one hour of savings per person weekly and check it with time measurement of tasks before and after 30 days. An hour of work at 66.45 PLN is the average wage according to GUS from September 2026, including employer costs. Licenses: ChatGPT Business Standard 25 USD per place monthly, kurs NBP 3.8889 PLN. If the team already has licenses, the return is faster.
According to a study published in Science (2023), the time for writing tasks with ChatGPT has decreased by 40%. Therefore, the scenario adopts a cautious weekly hour and checks it with measurement.
„I already use AI.”
Your people too. Just no rules.
From our conversations with companies
5 na 10 employees paste sensitive data into private AI accounts: contracts, invoices, customer data.
In ESET survey (2026)
1 na 10 admits this in the survey.
Customer data pasted into a private AI account without an data processing agreement is a violation of the GDPR.
Don't worry, we won't tell anyone :)
What do we see in companies that "already use"
- Only ChatGPT or Claude accounts, without plugins, skills, integrations and MCP servers with company tools.
- Company programs are not connected to AI. People still click through systems and Excel, and enter chat data manually.
- Lack of company standards: everyone writes instructions in their own way, no one shares what works.
- No rules for personal data, GDPR and company secrets.
- No limits and no visibility: no one knows who uses AI, how much and for what.

View the original training review on LinkedIn ↗„We started with my own AI agent. During the training that followed, I learned to build new applications myself. Today I am bringing this way of working with AI into my business. Working with Syntalith gave me exactly the skills and tools I needed.”
„A large stream of documents passes my desk every week. I now review, draft and prepare them with Claude in a fraction of the time, and research that used to eat an afternoon takes minutes. It is wired into the services I already work in, so the documents reach me instead of me hunting for them.”
Hlib UtkinPublic administration„I came in using coding agents ad hoc and left orchestrating them: loops, an agent kanban, a full development cycle that ships. What stayed with me is running context and cost on purpose, and building my own harnesses instead of waiting for a tool to ship one. It changed how I work day to day.”
Ivan ChepurinSenior Software Engineer, Immutable„I run a design studio, not an engineering team, and I still left with something working. We built an agent loop that pulls in leads and keeps an eye on the competition, and I put my own site together with Claude. It was hands-on, on my real work, not a talk about AI.”

Let's talk
Just write, call or choose a date.
We work fast because we hate corporate cotton wool. We don't have salespeople or managers to keep an eye on managers. You talk immediately to engineers who then build your system. We respect each other's time and yours too.
We will accept 3 more companies by the end of the year.
