AI for reviewing a partner’s support needs

A channel partner says the product is too difficult to use. The account manager has a case report, but the number of tickets does not establish what to offer: training, a support discussion, or a product request. An AI agent can prepare a review of the descriptions and outcomes so the meeting addresses the partner’s actual difficulties.

At Syntalith, we propose an AI agent that connects agreed partner cases with correspondence and account notes. Before the meeting, the manager receives recurring themes with examples and an account of how individual cases were handled. They can inspect and correct the grouping before discussing it. The scope prepares material for choosing the next form of help for the partner.

Similar cases can call for different responses

Suppose a reseller has asked about data exports several times. Two cases ended with support explaining an available option. In another, the reseller’s customer needed information the product did not include in the export, as a product specialist recorded. A report using the “export” category puts all those conversations under one heading.

The agent can organize the review around what was reported and how each case ended. It shows the feature explanations beside the first cases and the recorded limitation beside the other. The manager has grounds for two different discussions: whether the partner needs a better introduction to the existing option, and whether to pass a customer request to the product team. They need not assume every new ticket reflects a knowledge gap.

Cases that do not fit the proposed group also matter. The manager can remove them or change the description. The agent does not establish a cause from similar wording. Participants decide whether the examples represent a broader difficulty and what help to arrange.

Read the conversations behind the report

Salesforce offers report types covering cases, comments, emails, and case history. Cases and Emails includes messages associated with cases when the relevant Email-to-Case feature is enabled. First check whether your existing report already lets the manager select useful examples. Well-described cases may make a separate agent unnecessary.

The proposed connection is useful when meeting preparation still requires reading many free-form accounts. The manager needs the handling history as well as a shared topic. Source links let them open a case and check that a proposed theme preserves its meaning. Displaying more tickets alone does not do that reading.

Use the result in the normal partner conversation. The manager chooses examples, asks what they mean for the partner’s team, and records an agreed next step. That may be a discussion with a specialist or preparation of material for product users. The agent helps prepare the meeting without promising a new feature or training program.

A Syntalith project to consider

The first scope can cover one partner and an agreed review period. Your account manager identifies the case sources and explains how they prepare meetings today. Syntalith connects the material and develops a view of themes with inspectable examples. A support colleague who knows the case outcomes can assess whether the grouping helps the manager choose an appropriate form of assistance.

For an initial conversation, describe a meeting where the case report was insufficient to explain a partner’s recurring difficulty. That is enough to discuss an AI agent project. Collaboration details are on the pricing page.
