Help partners find material for a sales meeting

A channel partner is preparing for a meeting and asks their account manager which presentation to send. The portal contains many files, but the names do not explain which conversation each one supports. An AI knowledge base can help find approved material by audience and meeting purpose, without waiting for someone who remembers the library.

Through Company Brain, Syntalith can provide question-based access to selected materials intended for partners. The proposed scope connects a description of the sales conversation to an asset link and a short explanation of its purpose. The partner program owner selects the library, while content owners confirm the descriptions. Your company can review answers to questions that currently go to partner managers.

Find material for the conversation

Suppose a partner has an introductory meeting with a prospective customer’s operations manager. They ask, “What can I show to explain how people use the service?” The library contains a workflow overview and a detailed document for an integration team. Both concern the same product, but they support different conversations.

The assistant can point to the overview intended for an initial meeting, provide its link, and explain that it describes the user’s work. It may mention the integration document for a later technical discussion if that is how the library describes it. The partner decides what to present. The answer should not add capabilities or promises that the approved presentation does not contain.

Understanding the purpose matters here. “I need a presentation” could mean introducing the service, addressing a particular concern, or preparing a specialist for a discussion. When that context is missing, a short question about the audience is more useful than a list of loosely related files.

Asset descriptions are part of the work

Marketing may know that a generically named presentation is intended for new customers, but a partner may not. Preparing the library can include adding each asset’s purpose and intended audience. The description should reflect the material and its owner’s decision. A model should not independently treat a working draft as ready to send to a customer.

It also matters whether partners may download and forward an asset or use it only for their own preparation. That information belongs beside the file, especially when the library combines customer presentations with sales briefing notes. The content team maintains those labels and withdraws materials it no longer wants distributed.

The application can focus on finding and explaining existing assets. It does not need to generate a new proposal or contact customers independently. This keeps the buying discussion focused on a specific partner difficulty: locating material the company has already prepared and approved for use.

The sales portal may already support this

Seismic describes searching sales content using information such as persona, role, and buying stage. If your company has a similar tool, check whether suitable descriptions and partner access can solve the problem without another application.

Company Brain has a stronger purpose when assets are scattered, partners ask in their own words, and account managers repeatedly explain what each file is for. We can discuss connecting selected sources and presenting answers where partners already work. We agree on library permissions as part of the project scope.
