Correct words at the wrong moment

Suppose a company records a walkthrough of an internal portal. The narrator refers to “Save draft” and then moves to another screen. The draft captions contain the right words but appear after the screen changes. Viewers see text about the previous action.

The editor watches the passage and adjusts its timing. They also split a long statement into readable segments. The useful result here is a reviewed caption track played with the recording. A transcript document alone does not show how viewers will encounter text on screen.

Building the workflow

Docling describes audio support with speech recognition and export to WebVTT. Those capabilities can contribute to preparation. The trial needs to open the result in the company's actual player and assess captions alongside the image.
