Anthropic Partner in Poland: What the Claude Partner Network Means and How to Vet a Claude Implementation Firm (2026)

Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026: membership is free, and the Services Track tiers depend on certified practitioners, production deployments and public customer stories. This piece explains what membership does not certify, and gives you six questions that will test any firm deploying Claude. The process scan costs €0.

The Claude Partner Network tells you a firm works inside Anthropic's programme. It does not tell you the firm will deploy your process well. Those are two different things, worth separating before you sign.

The Claude Partner Network is Anthropic's partner programme, launched in March 2026 with a declared 100 million USD investment in partner training, technical support and joint marketing. Membership is free, so the status by itself qualifies nobody. Syntalith is a Claude Partner Network member. Membership denotes participation in Anthropic's partner program for Claude and is not an endorsement of Syntalith's services by Anthropic.

This piece is for the buyer who typed "Anthropic Poland" and wants to know what separates a firm with real systems in production from a firm with a badge in its footer. You get the programme, its tiers, and six questions to put to any supplier, including us.

What the Claude Partner Network is

It is a formal Anthropic programme for companies and consultants building on Claude models, announced in March 2026 alongside a declared 100 million USD for partner training, technical support and joint marketing. Joining costs nothing.

Certification is a separate matter. Anthropic Academy runs Claude certifications for consultants, meaning named individuals. A company does not sit the exam; the people working in it do. That difference comes back in the sales conversation, because "certified partner" and "a firm employing certified practitioners" mean different things.

How the programme tiers work

In June 2026 Anthropic added a public Services Track with tiers. The thresholds rest on the number of certified practitioners, production deployments at clients and public customer stories. A public partner directory came with it, the Claude Partner Hub.

TierWhat it signalsWhat to ask about
RegisteredEntry level: the firm is in the programme, with access to its materials. How many systems run in production, and can you see them.
SelectThresholds met on certified practitioners and deployments.Who holds the certification, and will that person join your project.
PreferredHigher thresholds, including public customer stories.Do those stories cover processes similar to yours.
Global PremierThe top tier of the Services Track. Will a firm that size take a deployment your size, and at what rate.

As of August 2026. Thresholds and tier names are Anthropic's to set, so verify details in the programme's own materials.

What membership means and what it does not

Membership means the firm works inside Anthropic's programme for Claude: access to materials, training and technical support channels, and at higher tiers evidenced practitioners and deployments. That is a useful signal of engagement.

It does not mean three things. It is not an endorsement of the partner's services by Anthropic. It is not a certification of the company, because Anthropic Academy certifies individuals. And it is no proof that a deployment at your company will work, because that is decided by scope, data, integrations and whether someone on the business side owns the outcome.

So we draw the line openly. Being in the programme means we work with Anthropic's materials and support. Deployment quality is evidenced by systems running in production, a price stated before the build and a goal written into the contract. If you meet phrasing like "certified by Anthropic", "authorised representative", or any suggestion that Anthropic vouches for the quality of a deployment, treat it as a warning sign and ask for the source.

The market context explains the sudden growth in partner counts. According to Menlo Ventures' "State of Generative AI in the Enterprise" (December 2025), Anthropic holds about 40% of enterprise LLM API spend (OpenAI 27%, Google 21%) and about 54% of the AI coding segment, and Claude Code reached 1 billion USD in annualised revenue within six months of its May 2025 launch. With demand like that, the partner label appears faster than the skill does.

How to vet a firm deploying Claude

Six questions for the first call. The answers say more than any directory status.

  1. What do you have in production, and can I see it? Ask for a working system, its scope and the volume it handles. An architecture slide is not an answer.
  2. What does it cost, and where does that number come from? Prices stated openly before the call, net, split into the build, model usage and maintenance. A quote available only "after a needs analysis", with no range at all, usually announces a conversation about your budget instead of your process.
  3. Who sits in the first meeting? An engineer who will build the thing asks different questions than a salesperson with a deck. You will recognise it: they ask about exceptions in the process before they ask about budget.
  4. What single measurable goal goes into the contract? One goal, checkable, named before the build. If nobody will write it down, there is nothing to judge the deployment by.
  5. Who owns the code afterwards? This asks whether you end up with a system or with a subscription to somebody else's infrastructure.
  6. When will you tell me not to build this? A firm that never advises against a build sells everything to everyone. Ask for a process where they said no, and why.

Add one technical question: how do you pick a model for each step? A sensible answer starts with "it depends on the step": a cheaper model for classification, a stronger one for hard cases. "We always use the strongest model" means a token bill higher than it needs to be.

Before you sign, price the cost of skipping this check.

Cost of the wrong partner
spent on a deployment that never reached production ......... EUR
+ months of delay × cost of a team month ......... EUR
+ process still done by hand: hours/month × rate × 12 ......... EUR
= the price of skipping verification ......... EUR

Gartner estimated in June 2025 that of thousands of vendors only about 130 offer truly agentic systems, and that over 40% of agentic AI projects will be scrapped by the end of 2027.

How we work with Claude

We build on both Claude and OpenAI models, choosing per process and often per step. Our production system handles the shared Gmail inbox of a B2B services company, around 3,000 emails a month, running partly on Claude models.

We state prices openly, net:

LineFromWhat you get
Process scan€030 minutes with an engineer and a written summary within 2 business days.
Deployment specification€1,2005 business days, a fixed quote agreed before the build.
Personal assistant (operator)€1,200One person, their process, boundaries and an action trace.
Dedicated process automation€3,500One company process wired into your systems.
Agent running a process€6,000Full deployments typically €6,000–35,000.

Four rules sit on top: a fixed price agreed before the build, one measurable goal in the contract, the code stays with the client, and an honest "do not build this" when something simpler is enough. The lines are set out on the pricing page, and shipped systems are in our work section. The technical side is covered in the guide on deploying Claude in your company.

When you do not need an implementation partner

The honest part. In three situations, put the deployment conversation aside.

  • Individual work, or a small team on documents. If it is writing, research and tidying files, a subscription plus teaching the team to work with the model is enough. Business plans are compared in Claude Team vs Enterprise, and the workshop programme is in Claude training for companies.
  • The process is unstable. If steps, formats and owners change every month, you are automating churn. Settle the process first, then automate it.
  • Nobody owns the outcome. If no one in the company owns how you will know the deployment works, no partner substitutes for that.

Data is a separate question. Before choosing a partner, settle the access route to the model and where processing happens, because it changes the architecture of the build. We break that down in is Claude GDPR compliant. This is not legal advice.

How to start

  1. Pick the process that costs the most hours today and count its monthly volume.
  2. Put the six questions above to every firm you talk to and compare the answers. Leave programme statuses for last.
  3. After the scan you get a written summary within 2 business days: a recommended scope, a simpler option if one exists, and a cost range.

Is Syntalith an Anthropic partner? Yes, Syntalith is a Claude Partner Network member. Membership denotes participation in Anthropic's partner program for Claude and is not an endorsement of Syntalith's services by Anthropic. In practice it gives us access to the programme's materials and support. You check the quality of a deployment separately: by systems running in production, prices stated openly and one measurable goal written into the contract.

Is an Anthropic partner certified? Membership by itself is not a certification. Anthropic Academy certifies individuals, meaning consultants; it does not certify companies. The Services Track tiers (Registered, Select, Preferred, Global Premier) rest on things like the number of certified practitioners, production deployments at clients and public customer stories. So ask about named people and named deployments; the programme status alone says little.

How do I choose a firm to deploy Claude? Ask for systems running in production that you can actually see, for prices stated openly before the call, for an engineer in the first meeting and for a contract with one measurable goal. Check whether the code stays with you and whether the firm can say "do not build this" when something simpler is enough. Ask how they pick a model for each step of the process.
