How much does HR email automation cost?

Does the system send replies on its own?
The system prepares a draft, and the HR specialist checks the recipient, the content and the attachments before sending. Sending stays in the email program you already use.
Does the system see personnel files?
Only what it needs for a draft, and only within the scope agreed before the build. A forwarded email gives nobody access to the files. The data stays in the EU, and we sign a data processing agreement before the test.
When does it not pay off?
When email takes less than 2 h a week, the payback takes more than a year. Then it is better to start with ChatGPT or Claude for the team, from €1,150 net, with rules for working with personal data.
What do we need to prepare?
