How much does flow automation cost?
From €3,000 net, paid once. After the 5-day test the build takes 2 to 6 weeks. You get a fixed price before the contract: 50% on signing and 50% after acceptance on your own documents.
When is Make, Zapier or n8n enough?
When data moves between ready-made apps, the operations you need are in the integration catalogue and repeating a step does not create a second document. Then we will say so in the review and build the flow on the platform.
When do you need a custom system?
When the flow reads documents, matches data to a catalogue, has exceptions for a person to decide or must safely repeat an interrupted write. An app's name in the integration catalogue does not prove the connection can handle that.
What happens after a dropped connection?
The flow checks whether the document already exists before it retries. A dropped connection then creates no second order, and an employee sees a trace of every step.
When does it not pay off?
Below 110 documents a month the payback takes more than a year. Then a flow on a platform is often enough, or it is better to start with ChatGPT or Claude for the team, from €1,150 net.
