AI for following up on campaign execution
Headquarters sends campaign materials, and location managers reply in different ways: one reports a missing display stand, another says the display is ready. The campaign lead has to establish where to record completion and where help is needed. An AI agent can collect those responses by location and prepare the next conversation with the appropriate people.
Syntalith
At Syntalith, we propose an AI agent that connects the agreed campaign plan with location responses and requests to the support team. The network manager sees specific obstacles and the latest arrangements without rereading every thread before a meeting. They review suggested questions and decide who should handle each issue. The scope coordinates execution of an approved campaign.
Materials arrived, but the display cannot be set up
Suppose a location confirms receiving posters and information cards. In a later email, its manager says the display stand specified in the agreed plan is missing. Headquarters has confirmation of material delivery and an unresolved obstacle to using it.
The agent can show that message beside the location and draft a question for the equipment contact: has the stand been shipped, and what can the location manager be told? “We’re checking the warehouse” remains an update about an ongoing inquiry. The campaign lead sees who is handling it at headquarters, so the location does not have to report the same issue again.
If the support team proposes a different display arrangement, the campaign manager evaluates it under company rules. The agent can retain the proposal and response for that location. It does not create its own exception to the plan or apply the arrangement to other locations without agreement from headquarters.
Identify where help is needed before sending another reminder
A general campaign reminder does not explain why a location has yet to finish preparation. Some responses require action from headquarters. The network manager’s view should distinguish those cases from locations that have simply not replied. The original description and latest support-team arrangement should be available beside the issue.
That prepares a conversation about helping specific locations. An absent reply alone is not a basis for judging employees. The coordinator may know circumstances missing from the connected records and can add them before the meeting.
SafetyCulture supports actions with comments and includes photos and notes from inspection questions when actions are created from them. If the network already gathers campaign execution information there, check whether that workflow is sufficient. An agent is more relevant when locations reply by email and headquarters repeatedly translates those messages into work to be done.
Deciding which instruction applies to a location belongs to the franchise knowledge base. Here the plan is already agreed, and the team needs to continue conversations about execution.
A first scope for headquarters
The proposed project can start with one campaign. Your team identifies the plan, response channels, and people who support locations. Syntalith develops the connections and a view that lets the manager return to each obstacle and its subsequent explanation. Material from a completed campaign lets you inspect whether the summary identifies the issues that actually required headquarters’ help.
For the first conversation, describe a location that received completion reminders while waiting for a headquarters response. Tell us where it reported the issue and who eventually resolved it. Discuss the scope through our AI agents service; collaboration details are on the pricing page.
