Will it work with the software we use?
According to the Comarch knowledge base, Comarch ERP Optima imports purchase invoices, customer reservations and supplier orders, among other documents, from XML files. Before we quote, we check your version, your licences and how records are saved. If saving is not possible, the system prepares a ready file or a draft for approval.
When does it not pay off?
Below 170 documents a month the payback takes more than a year. Then it is better to start with ChatGPT or Claude for the team, from €1,150 net.
What do we need to prepare?
A list of client companies with their tax numbers, 20 to 100 documents from the last month and details of the company databases in the software.
