Questions
How much does tracking changes after the close in controlling cost?
From €3,000 net, paid once. After the 5-day test the build takes 2 to 6 weeks. You get a fixed price before the contract: 50% on signing and 50% after acceptance on your own documents.
Does the system correct the report on its own?
The system shows the change, its source and its effect. The controller or accounting decides on the correction and how to record it.
When does it not pay off?
Below 51 changes a month the payback takes more than a year. Then ChatGPT or Claude for the finance department is enough, from €1,150 net.
Would a period lock in our ERP be enough?
A lock stops the posting, but it does not tell the controller that an invoice is waiting and what it will change. The system makes sense when the executive report is built outside the accounting software.
