How much does automating KSeF invoices for a transport company cost?

Will the system connect to our TMS?
We check that before we quote: an import, an API or an export file. If the TMS does not accept data from outside, the result goes into a file that settlements load into the TMS.
When does it not pay off?
Below 130 invoices a month the payback takes more than a year. Then it is better to start with ChatGPT or Claude for forwarding and settlements, from €1,150 net.
Would matching by order number be enough?
It is enough when carriers put the order number on the invoice. The system makes sense when the number is missing or one invoice covers several trips.
What do we need to prepare?
Access to KSeF through a token, an export of orders from the TMS and 20 to 100 carrier invoices from recent months, including ones that are hard to match.
