It checks every PDF page and runs OCR only on pages that are images. In a sample of 181 files and 496 pages, OCR cost €1.17. A damaged or unreadable document goes to a person. Demonstrator on test data.

Does the system calculate employee entitlements?
No. It reads the chosen fields and sends them for checking. The team sets entitlements and pay.
When does it not pay off?
Below 170 documents a month the payback takes more than a year. Then it is better to start with ChatGPT or Claude for the team, from €1,150 net.
What do we need to prepare?
20 to 100 HR documents from recent months (anonymised on request) and the list of fields you type into the HR program.
