The extra margin is a scenario: we assume that 1 in 40 enquiries quoted the same day ends in an order that a slow reply loses today, with a margin of €184. Would our calculator and TMS be enough?
We check them first. If the calculator gets ready data, the system only collects it from the email. If enquiries are incomplete, the system lists the gaps and a question for the customer.

Does the system accept the order?
