An order from an email reaches the sales system as a ready draft. A line the catalogue cannot confirm waits for an operator's decision and goes no further. Reading one order costs about €0.0006.

Will it work with the software we use?
SAP S/4HANA offers a sales order API (Sales Order, OData), described in the SAP Business Accelerator Hub. Before we quote, we check your version, your licences and how records are saved. If saving is not possible, the system prepares a ready file or a draft for approval.
When does it not pay off?
Below 64 orders a month the payback takes more than a year. Then it is better to start with ChatGPT or Claude for the team, from €1,150 net.
What do we need to prepare?
20 to 100 orders with the documents created from them, a table of the customer's material equivalents and a contact for the person who handles integration.
